Dean Brewer retired after 28 years from a Los Angeles County municipal police agency. For over 25 years, he investigated traffic collisions and he was the agency’s major collision investigator. Dean attained his accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstructionists in 2001 (ACTAR#1225) and has been a part-time expert consultant for Collision Consultants since 2004. His field of expertise in reconstruction includes: Passenger car, Heavy Vehicle, Bicycle, Pedestrian and Motorcycle collisions. He is also trained in scene diagramming, preparing animations, imaging crash data from vehicle components and analyzing the data in conjunction with the evaluation of the collision dynamics. |
